Cleophea Ferrari took the PhD at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum with a work about the Commentary of Abū l-Farağ ibn aṭ-Ṭayyib to the Categories of Aristotle. She teaches Medieval Arabic Philosophy in the Department of Ancient and Arabic Philosophy of the Philosophisches Institut at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen.
